The ubiquitin is well known protein to its anisotropic unfolding characteristics in vitro and in silico.In this research,we introduce the mechanical characteristics of the ubiquitin with unfolding simulation using Brownian dynamics.Moreover,the loading device effect such as loading rate and loading device stiffness is considered in the unfolding force and unfolding pathway.
