Abstract
For the study of the flow field modulation effect by the energy deposition technique, the DC discharged plasma was generated by developing the power supply unit. And the measurement of the voltage-current characteristics of the generated plasma were conducted. From the characteristics measurement, it was suggested that the generated plasma was categorized as the normal glow discharge plasma.
