Abstract
Recently reduction of allophone of motors for quiet automobiles, such as hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and electric vehicle (EV) has received a great deal of attention. At present, the noise generating mechanism of motors in automobiles is still unexplained and a trial-and-error procedure is adopted by automobile suppliers. For this background, the final goal of our research is to develop a simulator for transfer characteristics of allophone of motors in automobiles. To find out the noise generating mechanism, the transfer function synthesis method (TFSM) is applied. When applying the TFSM to complicated structure such as assembly car parts, a curve fitting technique needs a lot of time and energy. In this paper, we proposed frequency and time-domain sequential type transfer characteristic synthesis method (TCSM). It was confirmed that the transfer characteristics was obtained a short time and high accuracy without the curve fitting technique by using the proposed method.
