Abstract
Recently, various kind of robots which have capability for jumping motion by use of spring force, or compressed air force and etc. have been researched. Humanoid robots with the jumping motion also have been studied. (1)-(3) However, concerning the jumping humanoid robot , there are very few papers which described detail about kinematic jumping theory and control programs and impact acceleration at landing instant. This paper presents some experimental results about these important data.
