Abstract
We developed the large displacement ultrasonic measurement system for non-liner ultrasonic measurement using laminated transducer up to 700kHz in frequency to improve the SN ratio of ultrasonic inspection. In this study we developed the new laminated transducers of 2.9MHz in frequency for the inspection of steel structure improving the fabricate procedures due to the thinner thickness of high frequency piezoelectric element. Firstly, thickness of the bonding layers of the laminated transducers reduce to about 2|im which in one fifth of the conventional laminated transducers. And other improvements of fabricating procedures were applied to obtained stable laminated transducers. To investigate the availability of the new transducer comparing to the conventional transducer. As results, we obtained the high frequency laminated transducers.
