Abstract
It was found in the previous paper that the main noise source of subsonic jet from a nozzle was the dipole source and it's frequency pattern was affected by the nozzle configulation. In this paper, in order to make clear its characteristics by analytically, the procedure was built which could predict sound pressure spectra radiated from vortex noise source in far field including the effect of body shapes, by using a general-purpose CFD program and Sound Field analysis program. The high frequency components were successfully predicted. However, some additional studies are needed to predict the low frequency components more precisely.
