J164016 Rapid antigen-antibody reaction using electric field noncontact stirring technology

Abstract

Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)ls necessary to be expected as a method for detection of previous disease to became a next generation safety and healthy society. We have developed a technology of μL-order droplet stirring method, so called electric field non-contact stirring technology (E.N.S.). It became possible to be shorten processing time within 30 minutes using E.N.S. for antigen-antibody reaction.
