Abstract
We are now facing the task to the "safe" "resources" "environment" on a global scale in 21st century. In the tireindustry, social demand has been shifted to the environmental and safety awareness product. In this paper, the casestudy of the development of fundamental technologies to achieve both environment and safety at highly level can beintroduced. Also, the new proposal in the tire business for a low-carbon society in the future can be introduced.
