Abstract
The methodology of technology to recognize what is problem to be solved, and to minimize mistakes and the harms, should say "Technical Epistemology", I think. And its education can help not only engineering ethics education and Engineering Design education, but also engineering professional training which needs autonomous attitude to create new application methods in practice. In this paper, I'll report what "Technical Epistemology" is, and one example of my educational practice in a college professional engeneer cource.
