Abstract
In this paper, a modeling method is proposed for manikin that can be used for training of surgery. The manikin is formed by laminating a dimpled thin sheet that reproduced a cross-section of human body. The sheet to be laminated is made from UV curing gels. It is provided with fine dimples for being dripped colored UV curing gels. Therefore it is possible to arrange colored UV curing gels in a uniform distance. And by using of UV curing gels, it is possible to adjust its hardness. In the experiments, a method of making the sheet with fine dimples, a method of dropping colored UV curing gels into the dimple of sheet, and sclerotic of colored UV curing gels are investigated. As a result, forming of the sheet with fine dimples and dropping colored UV curing gels into dimples sheet are verified. In addition, A modeling method that is dripping colored UV curing gels into the dimple of sheet and pile up the colored sheet can be confirmed that the sheets can reproduce color of colored UV curing gels.
