Introduction of Technical Section on Micro/Nano Medical Devices

Abstract

The research development of micro/nano medical devices was difficult because it needed not only an excellent performance as a device but also a small and lightweight as a system, a high usability, and a biocompatibility. Therefore, we launched a technical section on Micro/Nano Medical Devices from the micro-nano science and engineering division of JSME which possesses researchers and engineers in the fields of not only mechanical engineering, but also electrical engineering, chemistry, biology, and medicines. We want to contribute to the successful development of micro/nano medical devices by holding the workshop of Micro/Nano medical devices.
