Conical gear is the cone-shaped involute gear, and the method of estimating its tooth surface fatigue strength have not been established. We are developing the simulation that focuses on inclusions aiming to establishing it. In this study, I collected data of inclusions of conical gear as part of development of this simulation. These data are collected by structure observation of conical gear made in the previous study. Structure observation are done based on JIS G 0555 and structure images were taken. These images were processed and analyzed by image analysis software. And then coefficients of distribution relating to the area of inclusions were calculated by data of inclusions. This study shows that the influence of distributions about the area of inclusion on the result of simulation.
