Survey and examination utilizing the 3D model of the early Showa manufactured gear cutting machine

Abstract

Nippon Institute of Technology industrial technologies museum is keeping about 300 models of the Showa early stage and more than 40000 action drawings made of the original machine tool.

A museum is keeping a drawing of gear cutting machine. 3D-model was made based on this drawing. It was revealed that this drawing is reproduction of a collection.

A utilized result will be reported as material of machine technology history.
