Abstract

In the recent study, it was revealed that the throw trajectory is changed by speed, number of revolutions, rotation axis degree, the seam shape of the ball surface. We carried out the pitching experiment to the clarify the influence of the angle of inclination to the trajectory of the ball. The pitching test was carried out by 12 pitchers of the baseball club in the university. The IoT ball is used to measure speed, number of revolutions and angle of inclination. The trajectory of the ball measured it using a high-speed camera. The simulation performed the comparison with the contiunous photo of high-speed camera. As a result, it was revealed that the amount of change of the upper direction was large on the trajectory of the ball when rotation axis degree was small. In the trajectory of the ball, it was revealed that final positions of ball were different by the angle of inclination.
