In the future, the aging society will come in Japan. And old people will increase very much. So It will be almost impossible to nurse to old people. Then the field study was carried out and the development of welfare buggy with user's opinions was tried in this study. Concretely, the outline design of the buggy based on the walking stability test was designed.
