Abstract
A new model of actin myosin system named Stochastic Inclined Rods Model (SIRM), whose energy of motion was supplied from random noise (or thermal noise) and always moved in one direction, has been proposed. SIRM had the simple structure, which were composed of inclined spring, myosin head, and bundle of rods'. In open system, myosin head worked as resonator of random noise, which accepted the energy of resonance. For the purpose of breaking symmetric vibration of SR and of generating the one directional motion, actin myosin system never fail to be equipped inclined rod and the spherical shape of G-actin. When myosin head interacted with the spherical potential of G-actin, the trigonometric wave of stochastic resonance was distorted by the collision between head and G-actin, and after all it obliquely kicks the actin fiber by using the spring. Thus, since our potential was perfectly symmetric, the inclined rod and the shape of G-actin derives the driving force making SIRM moved in one direction, transitional motion, form symmetric potential.
