Abstract

In this paper, the force sensitivity of the finger is investigated experimentally to develop the good maneuverability human interface. To investigate the force sensitivity of the finger, the upper limen is measured by using two methods. The first method is that the acting force to the finger is constant. The second method is that the acting force to the finger is continuously increased. In the results, the upper limen of the acting force to the finger becomes greater with an increase of the standard acting force to the finger. This study contributes to the improvement of the maneuverability of human interface in the force control feedback systems.
