This paper aims to find the influence of Cu addition (replacing Ni fraction) up to 14% on mechanical properties and material properties of Ti-Ni shape memory alloy fabricated by spark-plasma sintering method. The properties examined here are microstructure, the thermo-mechanical properties, the cyclic deformation characteristics and others. In the case of no Cu addition the solution-treatment results in decreasing in relative density, but in the case of Cu addition for more than 8% the treatment results in no decreasing in the relative density.
