Abstract
In order to develop and design a satellite considering a global competitiveness, it is indispensable to clear off the wall (the barrier to design) between the design areas in a satellite design, and to improve a new design environment in which designers can manage and organize the satellite information. In this research, to free the barrier to design between designers, the authors propose the smart master model of a satellite that can integrate with a few analysis systems in a satellite design. These analysis systems are the orbit calculation, thermal analysis, and structural analysis, etc. The authors have developed the integrated design environment for satellite in which designers can trial-and-error designing and evaluating instantaneously.
