Development of technology for the energy saving is significant issue posted to prevention of global warming. Heat pump and thermal storage system has high potentiality for reduction greenhouse gases. In this paper, we suggest some notations for developing heat pump equipment, thermal storage system, control procedure, performance evaluation, energy utilization and peripheral systems from user side.
