Abstract
For the energy saving regulation, Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) has been used in refrigerators in these years. VIP is constructed by laminated plastic film, using heat welding of each neighboring part for keeping vacuum. But recently VIP is desired for water keeping equipments (heat pump water heater, electric hot-water pot water, etc.); we especially focused the laminated plastic film and getter devices for high temperature VIP. We have measured the allowable temperature limit of plastic films and the check the amount of water vapor and out gas on temperature-programmed adsorption at getter materials. These results suggest the suitable laminated film and getter device system for VIP using at high temperature, and the long-term reliability was evaluated by measuring the thermal conductivities on high temperature.
