The roller chain is widely used as power transmission element on machines such as motorcycles and transporting machines. Life of a chain is decided on Bush by abrasion of a pin except a burst accident. In this research, I developed trial manufacture of the abrasion examination machine used a chain element. In a device to bend and straighten while pulling a chain with power of 2000N, I generate the abrasion that is similar to real abrasion. It realizes shortening of examination time and simplification of a device, miniaturization by examining it only with two links of a chain.
