Abstract
Paper, optical film and metallic thin film are called web. They are made by Roll to Roll producing system. So they are transported under tension by a lot of rollers. High performance films such as fuel cell, printed electronics and solar cell are also made by Roll to Roll producing system. So it's issue in the manufacturing field to improve productivity and protect defect. Today, engineers hope web is more thin and winder to produce efficient. However, web is occurred wrinkles on the roller easily due to such change although transported under very low tension and no misalignment. This paper airms to make a theoretical model of wrinkling generation and clear wrinkling mechanism. Its applicability is verified by comparison experimental result and calculating result.
