Abstract
Woven fabric composites have been used in many industrial applications because they have some advantages of easy handling, high lateral strength, etc. In order to estimate the mechanical properties of off-axis laminate of woven composites by numerical method, the modeling of woven architecture is very important. In this paper, we propose the numerical model of off-axis laminate [0/45] are separated with three multi-scale models. The mechanical properties of off-axis laminate have been analyzed with multi-scale analysis of M^3 method and the numerical results are described.
