Abstract
In the present paper, the influence of carbon nanofiber on interlaminer fracture toughness of CFRP investigated using MMB(Mixed Mode Bending) tests. An interlaminer fracture toughness of CFRP laminates under mixed mode state were evaluated using 2-Dimensional boundary element analysis. The laminates made with carbon nanofiber were found to improve fracture toughness. Addition of 20 g/m^2 VGCF was shown to be an optimal content for highest fracture toughness. It was clarified the relationship between hackle pattern and fracture toughness.
