S1402-1-6 Development of production system for LCC (Low Cost Countries)

Abstract

In recent years, the ratio of LCC (Low Cost Countries) production is increasing more and more in manufacturing industry. In LCC production, automated machine is few and operator have bigger role to play than advanced country. However, the ability difference between operators is large. To achieve high productivity and quality, the role allotment between production machine and operator is very important in this condition. And, the production machine should be equipment matched to LCC manufacturing. At this time, I introduce test machine which is very important equipment to achieve high quality by an example.
