Abstract
It is required to develop a compact and lightweight measuring device to put the displacement and strain distribution measurement with phase-shifting digital holography to a practical use. Device miniaturization is effective to improve portability, reduce its price and resist vibration. However, miniaturization in traditional measuring method is limited because it needs multiple object waves for measurement inpiane displacement and strain distribution Consequently, the measurement method using mirrored image is developed by authors. In this method, single object wave is recorded from a number of different directions by a single image device instead of using multiple object waves. In this paper, the principle and experiments of this measurement method are shown.
