Abstract
The aim of present study is to construct a novel deformation measurement method that can measure deformation behavior at multi-scale. We attempt to apply several effective ordinary techniques to construct it. Firstly, we construct the multi-scale strain distribution measurement method based on the digital image correlation. Secondly, the intermittent deformation behavior measurement method is proposed using acoustic emission technique. Thirdly, the microstructure change measurement during deformation is introduced using Electron Backscatter Diffraction method.
