OS2502 Development of A New Testing Apparatus to Evaluate Thermo-Mechanical Fatigue Damages around Cooling Holes under A Thermal Gradient Condition

Abstract

A new testing system has designed and developed to simulate an in-service condition of high temperature components with cooling holes under a thermal gradient condition. Using the new system, some experiments were carried out to assess the damage evolution, specifying a conventionally cast Ni-based superalloy specimen.
