The polymer gel has the property that fluid such as water can be stored inside due to the network structure. However, materials with a sparse network structure such as polymer gels are generally vulnerable due to their internal structure. We thought that if the network structure inside the polymer gel could be strengthened, it would be used for a wider range of applications. We evaluated by simulation and found that small-world property is effective for strengthening the network structure.
