Effects of temperature on ejecta from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMwPE) fiber composites/aluminum alloy plates were examined at the impact velocity of 2 km/s. An increase in the target temperature increased large ejecta in the case of UHMwPE fiber composite/aluminum alloy plates as well as only aluminum alloy plates. In the case of UHMwPE fiber composite/aluminum alloy plates, the large ejecta derived mainly from the UHMwPE fiber composites.
