Evaluation of Stress-strain Curves After Necking of PA66 Nylon Using Digital Image Correlation Method

Abstract

An appropriate stress-strain curve after necking for finite element methods was obtained from experiments and finite element methods. Piecewise linear model with 12 pieces was applied to the stress-strain curves were determined by an optimization method. Deformed shapes of specimens were compared.
