Abstract
This paper describes a nano order polishing method of aluminum alloy for laser reflecting mirror surface. In the experiment, the different types of diamond abrasives or colloidal slurry that polishing ability be used, and the different elastic deformation polyurethane pad be used. In the finally, a nano order surface roughness in 10 to 15 nm of Ra of aluminum alloy had obtained, and also observed same micro step height different between grains on the polished surface.
