Abstract
Following to the previous paper reporting the motion control compensation for machine tool by 2 dimensional scale system, we hereby propose the motion control compensation for machine tool by a magnetic scale reading measurement direction and small displacement towards two orthogonal directions. We also report configuration of this magnetic scale, as well as results of its functional verifications.
