Abstract
It is required to solve the problem that micro undulation on the optical lens surface causes distorted shape at imaging. Surface integrity on the lens mold, it is classified roughly low spatial frequency is form error, high is roughness, and middle is undulation. In this study, power spectral density of various geometric waves on lens mold profile was evaluated and examined the effect of micro undulation on imaging.
