Abstract
In case of infiltration process with low pressure in the fabrication of aluminum alloy matrix composites, the infiltration of molten aluminum alloy to reinforcement preform was predicted by using Darcy' low and computer simulation. Furthermore, permeability of molten aluminum alloy in preform was examined and then was adapted to the fundamental equation of infiltration.
