Since joints of heavy machinery and the like are high surface pressure and highly eccentric load, bearings of iron based sintered alloy which can withstand this state are used. However, under certain conditions, fatigue wear occurs and breaks faster than the original life. In this study, we aim to elucidate the fatigue wear condition and mechanism of bearings by observing the change of wear state under unbalanced load, the change of surface condition etc. due to the difference of wear condition.
