Abstract
The rotational transmission error of the strain wave gearing is the main cause of the tortional vibration. In this study confirmed the high frequency vibration generation in the strain wave gearing. First, the weighing device of the rotational transmission error was produced. This device can measure the rotational transmission error of the strain wave gearing can be measured in the high resolution evaluation. Next, do the Fourier transform of the rotation transmission error , and the error margin element of higher-order was confirmed. Moreover, the vibration of the output axis was measured, and the generation of the high frequency vibration was confirmed in reduction ratio 1/50.
