Abstract
Part-reuse should be a prime strategy for products with a short life cycle such as office automation appliances for facilitating material circulation in order to reduce environmental impacts. To improve efficiency of the inverse manufacturing system, it is necessary to coordinate production processes and disassembling processes so as to reduce effects of fluctuation caused by user's unpredictable behavior. This paper proposes methods of order control of reuse-parts in production plant and process control in disassembling plant by exchanging the process and inventory information between both plants. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by means of life-cycle simulation.
