Abstract
Since each company has to concentrate on core competence in the supply chain, production is never completed inside of the company. This paper proposes a cooperative scheduling technique using lagrangian decomposition coordination method. The target problem is a production model including suppliers, transportation service vendors, and makers of the products. The transportation routes can be mixed due to the cost reduction. This paper shows a mathematical model of cooperative scheduling and some results of numerical experiments.
