Abstract
Recently the competition among enterprises has become severe. Formation of an appropriate virtual enterprise is considered to be one of the effective and promising methods for survival of industries under severe competition. Partner search is one of the most essential issues to be solved in virtual enterprise. In this study, we focus on the partnering in construction of a virtual enterprise as a basic research to clarify its effective management. We developed a computer simulation model to construct a virtual enterprise through negotiations among enterprises.
