Abstract
In this study, auction-based scheduling method is proposed for machining job shop in order to automate scheduling and make daily management easier. Real-time scheduling using auction-based algorithms are performed to make decision of each job order. Simulation by using same algorithms is also executed to forecast tardiness of jobs and take measures such as extension of working time. In this report, methods of simulation such as execution timing, evaluation of result and countermeasures against tardiness are proposed, and its effectiveness is investigated by computational experiments.
