Abstract
This paper presents laser processing technology that can be applied to magnetic interception of linear solenoid. This laser processing technology is used to open small holes without dross and sputtering by jet assisted air gas at a defocus position of a pulse YAG laser. In addition, high-speed technology is realized by laser processing while turning a part. This technology contributes to miniaturization and cost reduction, and linear solenoid have been manufactured since 2002.
