Abstract
This paper deal with control design using 3D model of the production facilities and the control framework which has the data structure and feature showing the effect in 3D model. Furthermore, reuse methods of design information are considered from the view point of control systems. Therefore, control system analysis and modeling are achieved and modeling methods of device controls and input/output (I/O) controls in 3D model are described. As a case study, the control object framework of processing and transfer facility control is proposed.
