1203 Decision method of cutting conditions to minimize environmental burdens

An environmental burden analyzer for machine tool operations has been developed, so far. A decision method of cutting conditions to minimize environmental burdens with using the developed analyzer is proposed in this report. For this purpose, patterns of environmental burden due to spindle speeds under the constant feed per tooth are categorized and an algorithm is proposed according to the categorized patterns. A feasibility of the decision method of cutting conditions in order to minimize the environmental burden is described.
