Abstract
In this paper, Capacity Planning based on the Orders Synchronized Production System is proposed. In the Synchronized Production System, production orders are received at any time without a period for load leveling. It is difficult to keep a balancing between capacity of the production system and loading of the received orders. Therefore, in this paper, the new method of capacity planning is proposed, and the allocation rule of order is defined.
