Abstract
In our study, we propose a distributed cooperative approach for flexible flowshop scheduling. This method breaks up the system into sub schedulers, and they integrates as a single system. Since each scheduler needs only local information, it is effective to apply the large production system. Our target model includes lot formation problem and setup problem. In this model it is very important to decide lot formation and machine allocation, when we decide scheduling. In this paper we propose a new method of lot formation and machine allocation considering of due date and setup time. We compare our method with existing methods, and show the effectiveness of our method.
