Abstract
Skill education in manufacturing industry has not been improved because there are a lot of difficulties in skill succession. Therefore we firstly clarify the present situation of expert skills, and then propose effective training programs. For this purpose, we discuss a visualization of expert skills using relationships between skills for promotion of efficiency of skill succession in the machine tool industry.
