Abstract

Ergonomics is an important aspect of an industry and issue plays a significant role in the effective running of a company, so this issue is to be considered seriously. The ergonomic problems will affect the workers in a negative way; this will lead to a decrease in productivity and non-achievement of the target value. The goal of this study is identifying the ergonomics management impact on workplace productivity improvement. It is evaluated the influence on the human-job interaction at the workplace and is assessed the current status of the factory through the statistical analysis based on the ergonomics management system evaluation tool. The Kano model analysis has been used to prioritize the most crucial independent factors on work-related disorders through analysis of the Attractiveness, One-dimensional and the Must-be level of satisfaction of respondent.
