In order to recycle materials from numerous end-of-life assembled products for sustainability, environmental and economical disassembly system design is required. Disassembly line balancing are required to assign disassembly tasks to each work station. On the other hand, the recycling rate, CO2 emissions during manufacturing, material selling profit and disassembly cost of the materials contained in the product differ depending on each part. Therefore, it is necessary to balance line with selecting the disassembled or disposed parts. This study discusses sustainable design methods for the disassembly system that selects parts and designs lines in consideration of the environment and economy.
